We read every message that comes through. Whether you have found a bug, spotted an error in a formula, want to suggest a calculator we do not yet have, or simply have a question about how one of our tools works, this is the place to write to us.

A little detail helps us resolve things quickly, particularly for anything involving a calculation.

We aim to respond to all messages within two to three business days. Reports of calculation errors are prioritised and usually looked at the same day, because an incorrect formula affects everyone using that page, not just the person who reported it.
We are a small team, so during busy periods a reply may take a little longer. If your message concerns a genuine calculation error and you have not heard back within a few days, please do send a follow-up.
This is the feedback we value most. If a calculator returns a result you believe is wrong, tell us and we will verify it against the published formula and correct it if needed.
We reproduce the calculation with your figures, check the underlying formula against the primary source, and either fix the tool or explain why the result is correct if the method simply differs from what you expected. Either way you get an answer, and if we were wrong the page is corrected and its review date updated.
A significant share of the calculators on this site exist because a reader asked for them. If there is a calculation you find yourself doing repeatedly, or a tool you cannot find a decent version of anywhere, tell us about it.
The suggestions most likely to get built are ones where we can identify a clear, verifiable formula and a genuine gap in what is already available. Telling us what you would actually use it for is more useful than the calculator name alone, because it often points to a better design than the obvious one.
For advertising, partnership or other business enquiries, please use the same email address with a clear subject line so it can be routed correctly. Note that we do not accept paid placements within calculator content or sponsored recommendations in our guides, as explained on our about page.
Anything you send us is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add correspondents to mailing lists, share addresses with third parties, or use enquiry emails for marketing. Our full privacy policy sets out how we handle information across the site.
Please do not send sensitive personal information such as financial account details, identification numbers or medical records. We never need this to answer a question, and email is not a secure channel for it.

If the answer is not there, please do write. Questions that come up more than once usually end up improving a page, so asking helps more people than just you.
